I have trained in psychodynamic psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, exposure and response prevention for OCD, CBT for ADHD, and LGBTQ-affirming cognitive behavioral therapy. I also completed elective training in neuromodulation at the National Institutes of Health (NIH).
I completed medical school at the George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences and my undergraduate studies at Harvard College.

I am developing a future telehealth psychiatry practice for adults, with a focus on LGBTQ-affirming care and particular attention to gay and bisexual men’s mental health.
Areas of focus include anxiety, depression, OCD, burnout, relationship concerns, body image, disordered eating, perfectionism, identity-related stress, and the intersection of mental health with lifestyle, work, and relationships.
